Tuesday Nights with The Old Man
April 11, 2013 - For those of you looking for a nice supplement to your weekly training schedule. the Syracuse Track Club will begin hosting Tuesday Night Workouts at Santaro Park on Velasko Road or at Westhill High School. Please check back for weekly updates as to the site of these workouts.
The Tuesday Night Workouts will focus mainly on shorter repetitions ranging anywhere from 100 to 1000 meters. The workouts will start promptly at 6:00pm each week. Typically, you can expect the workout to last somewhere around 70 minutes, including warm up and cool down.
The STC is again providing bus transportation to and from
$10.00/STC member, $20/non-member

Depart from the Utica Brewery party area at 12:45 pm
